- 1 cup frozen fruit (pictured here are blueberries)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp Näak cricket powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fruit for topping
- Mix all the ingredients together and top with the fruit of your choice (e.g. bananas, strawberries, or any other type of fruit)!
