Finding cheese alternatives isn't always easy, so we have come up with a recipe for a tasty and high protein parmesan alternative with cricket powder!
- 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Naak cricket powder
Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
