La texture est completement folle, tellement fondant et crunchy en même temps avec les petits morceaux de riz soufflés. Le gout est superbe!
Vraiment une sacrée amélioration.
Normalement manger une barre lors d'un effort intense à la course est souvent un problème. La solution de rechange est souvent un gel ou une boisson énergétique, mais la texture de cette barre me permet de la consommer même à très haute intensité. Avec le ratio 4:1 j'arrive à garder une énergie constante lors de mes grosses séances d'intensité. De plus, le goût choco-banane avec les petites pépites de chocolat sur le dessus la rend succulente. Je la recommande à tous!!
La texture de la barre est exceptionnelle! J'ai goûté à celle-ci sur quelques sorties de plein air ou entre une activité de course et de vélo. Même après une activité (avec l'estomac un peu à l'envers), j'ai engloutis la barre! Elle a une texture de brownie et le goût du meilleur pain choco-banane que j'ai mangé (celui de ma grand-mère). J'ai aussi apprécié le fait qu'elle ait 7 grammes de protéines et beaucoup de glucides. C'était parfait pour me soutenir dans mon effort 🔥
