The missions of the Community Manager are:
- Build, grow and animate our social media community;
- Build, grow and animate our ambassadors community;
- Build, grow and animate our sports stores community;
- Build strong marketing initiatives and partnerships with brands, events, etc..;
The objective is simple: to create as much word of mouth as possible about the brand. The 2 KPIs are the size of the community and sales coming from those channels.
The person in this role will also have to establish performance indicators and create performance reports.
Being an athlete or having strong connections with the endurance sports community is a plus to join our team.
