Community & Partnerships Manager

COMPANY 

Näak is a sports nutrition brand driven to push the boundaries of performance while preserving the planet. The company manufactures and distributes high-performance and eco-friendly energy bars and protein powders for endurance athletes. 

Thousands of professional and amateur athletes depend on Näak products to explore new playgrounds and redefine what is physically possible.

MISSION

The missions of the Community Manager are: 

1. Build, grow and animate our social media community;
2. Build, grow and animate our ambassadors community;
3. Build, grow and animate our sports stores community;
4. Build strong marketing initiatives and partnerships with brands, events, etc..;

The objective is simple: to create as much word of mouth as possible about the brand. The 2 KPIs are the size of the community and sales coming from those channels. 

The person in this role will also have to establish performance indicators and create performance reports.

Being an athlete or having strong connections with the endurance sports community is a plus to join our team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Social media management experience
• 0-5 years of professional marketing experience in a startup or sports industry
• Knowledge of sports nutrition
• Knowledge of best practices in social media marketing
