Surpassing oneself. Personally, training is a way of constantly pushing my limits which translates fairly easily into life in general.
DO YOU HAVE A PERSON WHO INSPIRES YOU?
Georges St-Pierre. Combat sports fascinate me, mainly because they require incredible mental strength. I love the approach, nobleness, honesty and discipline that GSP has in sport.
WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR NOT LOSING ENERGY DURING bicycle races?
Eat every 30 minutes, drink a bottle per hour, ALWAYS. Non-negotiable.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
My breakaway from the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal. To be at the front of a race that I have admired since I was very young, mixed with the incredible atmosphere of Quebec bike lovers is an unforgettable sensation.
