Practice eating during training runs what you will eat on race day. It's as important to train your gut, as it is your body & mind.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
After dislocating my shoulder in September 2020, I put together an abbreviated two-month plan to take down the Backbone Trail FKT in November 2020 and nailed it nearly perfectly.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER A RACE?
Rest and recover hard at the beach with my dogs.
