My dad. He initiated me to the sport of triathlon and has been an amazing training partner.
WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR NOT LOSING ENERGY DURING your races?
Good nutrition and hydration is key!
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
My best racing memory is my first world championship in Gold Coast, Australia. I unfortunately crashed on the bike and broke my arm. However, I got back on the bike and finished the race in 4th place. That race was a great lesson for me; it proved that I will always find a way to reach the finish line.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER A RACE?
Ice cream!
What is your favorite music to surpass yourself in training?
Queen definitely gets me going when things get hard!
