WHAT MOTIVATES YOU EVERY DAY TO TRAIN?
Running has become my way of life ... My way of being: it's natural to go out every day, it helps me in my balance.
DO YOU HAVE A PERSON WHO INSPIRES YOU?
An example could be Marco Olmo, still in great shape despite his age. And always on the ball, I wish I could be like him at his age.
WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR NOT LOSING ENERGY DURING your races?
I eat well, I don't really have any tricks, it's mostly the mind that does the work, so I don't really have any big moments of decline.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
Perhaps my arrival at the Transgrancanaria 360 last year, and the welcome that followed with Vivien and Celine.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER A RACE?
Stay with my family and drink a beer.
