Running has become my way of life ... My way of being: it's natural to go out every day, it helps me in my balance.

An example could be Marco Olmo, still in great shape despite his age. And always on the ball, I wish I could be like him at his age.

Nutrition is very important, and the most important thing in the effort is to take pleasure ... and Näak bars in addition to being "good" nutritionally, they are delicious.

Each race is particular... Each race leaves wonderful memories. Perhaps my arrival at the Transgrancanaria 360 in 2019, and the welcome that followed with Vivien and Celine.
