WHAT MOTIVATES YOU EVERY DAY TO TRAIN?
For me, running is a way out, a way to clear my head after a long day in the operating room. It allows me to use up the adrenaline I've accumulated during the workday. It's also a way to push my limits, to keep me in top physical shape and to get closer to our animal side. When I have a "code" at the hospital, I'm always the first to arrive and the only one to take the stairs!

WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR NOT LOSING ENERGY DURING YOUR RACES?
I train myself to metabolize fats and then make sure I eat enough to be able to maintain the necessary intensity.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
Ultra-Trail Harricana 80km 2018. It was my 4th participation in this event (28km in 2015, 65km in 2016 and 2017). It was probably my best performance in terms of results, mentally and physically. All accompanied by my friends. Harricana's course remains one of my favourites.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER A RACE?
Jump in the water or take the biggest ice cream.
What is your favorite music to surpass yourself in training?
A mix of Quebec French and French rap.
What is your favourite Näak product?
Definitely Chocolate Sea Salt.
