ACCOMPLISHMENTS

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU EVERY DAY TO TRAIN?
To become better. Then I like to go on wild rides on Strava. I think it's funny.
DO YOU HAVE A PERSON WHO INSPIRES YOU?
I'm inspired by a lot of different people. I draw from them the interesting values they convey. I would say that Patrick Bringer and Nicolas Martin are really examples, then I take some tips from Xavier Thevenard, Benoît Girondel, François D'haene, Anton Krupicka, Sébastien Chaigneau, Antoine Guillon, Jim Walmsley and Julien Chorier. I don't care about the sneakers they wear, I love these people for the relationship they have with their loved ones and for the way they have or evolve in the Ultra Trail.
WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR NOT LOSING ENERGY DURING your races?
Eat and drink. As much as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST RACING MEMORY?
4th place at the TDS in 2016, Chamonix at 21:30 when you're the 1st French, I advise, good place.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER A RACE?
Sit down, breathe, wait. And when I'm hungry: eat. But sometimes I'm not hungry.
What is your favorite music to surpass yourself in training?
Doomsday mixes like "Dirty Dutch", "Big Room".
What is your favourite Näak product?
Mocha Hazelnut
