Subscription are delivered every 1 to 6 weeks. You can modify the delivery frequency or even skip a delivery whenever you need to, straight from your account!

Orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days via Canada Post and 1 to 3 business days with FedEx. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

You can cancel at any time up to 1 day before your next order date, and it's free of charge. You can proceed directly from your account.

You need to log in to your account, then click on "Subscriptions", "View Details", then "Products in Your Subscription"

You can adjust delivery frequency to 1 to 6 weeks in "Subscriptions" then "Change Frequency".

You can skip one or several deliveries, or even pause your subscription until you decide to reactivate it.
