Energy Drink Mix

The drink mix is designed to be mixed in your 500ml water flask. It will help you during all your long distance and intense efforts.

One serving (72g) should be mixed in 500ml of water (or more). It is recommended to consume between 500ml and 750ml of water per hour depending on your weight and the weather conditions (heat and humidity).

During an endurance effort, the body needs energy. Proteins and especially BCAAs increase the body's ability to use fat as an energy source. Consuming BCAAs will allow you to use them directly as fuel, instead of drawing energy from your muscle mass, thus limiting muscle breakdown, cramps or injuries.

Protein, if provided in controlled quantities and in an optimized form, does not pose any digestion problems during exercise. At Näak, we use plant-based protein isolates that have been concentrated to facilitate their absorption.

Electrolytes are essential to help your body function optimally when you exercise. They control fluid balance, muscle contractions and regulate blood pressure. Näak products are rich in potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium, which are electrolytes lost in sweat.

A mix of dextrose, which is a simple sugar very quickly absorbed and converted into energy, and maltodextrin, which allows a slightly slower diffusion over time. The oats bring a more complex sugar which will be digested more slowly and will allow a very long duration energy.

Yes, Näak Ultra Energy Drink Mix was developed to provide all the nutrients needed during an ultra, especially when solid products are no longer available. It can be taken alone or with other Näak products.
