Cricket powder

What makes Näak products so unique from other sport products on the market is our use of cricket powder. This ingredient is a game-changer for endurance athletes since it is a complete source of protein, meaning that it contains all 9 essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are critical for building proteins and the synthesis of hormones, and because your body cannot synthesize them by itself, they must be obtained from your diet.

Sunflower seed butter is a great alternative to nut butters for anyone with a nut allergy. It is high in protein which allows your body to repair and rebuild muscle that is broken down during training and also to help optimize carbohydrate storage in the form of glycogen. When should you eat an Ultra Endurance Energy Bar?

Before exercise
