Please note that we do not accept returns for discounts.
We do not accept exchange requests if the bag is open.
Clothing and accessories
We accept exchanges for unworn and unused clothing and accessories, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date via firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
If you wish to return your Näak purchase due to a product problem, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date via email@example.com indicating your original order number and the item you wish to return. In addition, no more than 3 bars must be missing from each returned package for a full refund.
How do I make a return by mail?1. Pack your items.
Carefully package the items with the original product packaging, when possible. Otherwise, pack your return items in a padded envelope or box to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning items from more than one order, you must package them separately.
2. Print your return label.
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and our team will provide you with a return label.
3. Make sure you identify the package.
Carefully attach the return label to each package.
4. Return your package by mail.
Take your package to any Canada Post or FedEx drop-off location.
